The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 expands the Child Tax Credit for tax year 2021 only. Taxpayers may receive part of their credit in 2021 before filing their 2021 tax return. www.irs.gov/childtaxcredit2021

As we mark the one year milestone of COVID-19 being declared a pandemic, we have many reasons to feel optimistic about the near future. Vaccines are becoming more widely available, and President Biden announced last night that all adults should be eligible for a vaccine by May 1st.
