It's Time to Get Your COVID-19 Booster
According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), everyone 18 years of age and older should get a COVID-19 booster shot. Getting a booster is an important layer of protection for child care providers, especially as the weather cools and programs spend more time indoors.
- If you got the Pfizer or Moderna for your first 2 doses, schedule your booster at least 6 months after your second dose.
- If you got the Johnson & Johnson for your first dose, schedule your booster at least 2 months after your dose.
