• When? Tuesday, April 29 from 9:00am-3:30pm
  • Where? The Senator Office Building 1121 L Street, Suite 103 Sacramento, CA 95814

Join us in advocating for:

  • Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies: There are more than 30 new legislators in the capitol who need to be educated on child care issues. We want them to know that as R&Rs, you are at the heart of child care navigation and access, supporting families, providers, and your local communities with essential wraparound services.
  • A Balanced Child Care Ecosystem: We know that our shared vision of child care as a public good can only happen when providers are paid equitable wages, families have freedom of choice, and children receive care that nourishes their social and emotional needs. We want our policymakers in the capitol to know that this requires consistent attention and funding and that child care needs to be a state priority now...not later.
