Job Description:

4Cs is a family resource organization dedicated to providing child care information resources and referrals, education and payment assistance to children, families and child care providers in Alameda County. As a result of 4Cs work in 2024, 9000 child care resources and referrals were given to parents, over 3400 children and over 900 families were served, 5 million hours of child care were provided to families, and, 874 child care providers received technical assistance. 4Cs is a critical organization in the community.

The new CEO will be responsible for leading and managing 80 employees, 15 members on the Board of Directors and a budget of $48M. They will be the leader and convenor in the community for the sector and they will be leading the organizational transformation as the agency prepares for the future. It is an exciting time for 4Cs and for a leader.

We expect this will pay in the $230K to $270K for an annual salary.
