Child Care Enrollment Director

Job Description:

The Community Child Care Council is looking for a Child Care Enrollment Director to
join the 4Cs team. The ideal candidate will lead a department of 40+ staff and
provide overall management and direction for 4Cs’ child care subsidy programs,
which include voucher-based and center-based contracts that help provide incomeeligible families access to quality early learning. In partnership with agency
leadership, the Director aligns departmental goals with organizational priorities and
provides oversight, coaching, and accountability to Assistant Directors who lead
teams in enrollment, compliance, and quality assurance.
