B.A. Liberal Studies - Behavioral & Social Science, San Francisco State University

Domenica leads the Provider Services Department, including the California Child Care Initiative Project (CCIP); Trauma Informed Care Training & Coaching component of the Emergency Child Care Bridge Program for Children in Foster Care; and a range of support programs for Family, Friend, and Neighbor (FFN) Caregivers & Family Child Care Home Providers. She joined the Network in 2006 as the Bilingual Training Coordinator, facilitating Cuatro Pasos Retreats and other supports for Spanish-speaking R&R trainers. Most recently, she was a contributor to Culturally Responsive Self-Care Practices for Early Educators and an inaugural Rockwood Leadership Institute fellow. Domenica’s happy place is a solid kitchen dance party with her inspiring daughter. She is driven by love and a commitment to serve BIPOC families with dignity.
