Resource & Referral Impact Report 2022-2023

Child care resource and referral agencies(R&Rs) are state-funded, community-based programs present in every county throughout California. Serving as reliable hubs for child care resources and information, R&Rs offer workshops, trainings, childcare referrals, resources, and technical assistance tailored to meet the comprehensive needs of both parents and providers in the community, all provided at no cost to them.

The R&R Impact Project quantifies the importance of R&Rs within their communities by highlighting the range of activities and services they deliver and assessing the positive outcomes experienced by parents and providers alike. 22 out of 69 R&Rs and 22 out of 58 counties participated in the R&R Impact Project this fiscal year.
