The California Child Care Resource & Referral Network seeks an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead our next chapter. This is an exciting opportunity to guide a respected statewide organization, strengthen its impact, and help shape a more equitable and effective child care system for all of California.
The R&R Network connects and strengthens the organizations and professionals who make CA's child care system work. We bring together child care resource & referral (R&R) agencies and partners across the state to advance policy, build capacity, share knowledge, and elevate a unified voice for children, families, providers, and the organizations that serve them.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO serves as the Network's chief executive, strategist, relationship-builder, and public spokesperson. The CEO will provide leadership for the organization while also helping shape its future: strengthening its organizational capacity, membership model, statewide partnerships, policy influence, communications, governance, and financial sustainability.
