Kelly Graesch

Master’s Degree in Human Development with a specialization in Social Change – Pacific Oaks College, Pasadena
Kelly joined the Network in 2019 as the Director of Member Services. She brings more than 30 years of experience working in early care and education. Beginning her career as an informal child care provider in the Bay Area, she then moved with her young family to Amador County where she ran a family child care home and became a dedicated advocate for our field. After providing many years of direct child care services, Kelly worked at a non-profit agency for 26 years in Child Care Resource and Referral programs, Child Care Subsidy Programs and Local Child Care and Development Planning Councils. Most recently, she served as the Director for these programs and as a member of a shared leadership team for the multi-service organization, The Resource Connection of Amador and Calaveras Counties.
Kelly is an advocate for rural families and communities, as well as for broad early care and education issues that affect all child care consumers, providers and communities. She has participated on many local, Network and statewide committees. Her years of experience also includes leadership and administration of local, state and federally funded programs for non-profits. She is committed to working with others to ensure accessible, affordable and quality child care for families and children is a priority.
