The Associate Manager position provides strategic leadership and oversight for Resource & Referral, Family Child Care Home Network, and Early Head Start services, ensuring a coordinated and integrated approach to supporting children, families, and providers throughout Placer County. Strong knowledge of Head Start and Early Head Start programs, requirements, and best practices is strongly preferred.
