Parent and Provider Surveys

The Network and Social Policy Research Associates (SPR) are conducting two surveys to better understand the needs and priorities of both child care providers and parents.

If you are a parent or a provider, we'd love your feedback. Both surveys have been translated into English, Spanish, and Chinese. We have extended the deadline for these surveys to June 16th. Participation is voluntary and the survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. You may choose not to answer any question or parts of questions, and you can end the survey at any time. Your personal information, such as your name or location, will not be used or shared. We respect your confidentiality.
