Trauma Informed Care (TIC) Training & Coaching Program Manager

As part of the Network Provider Services Team, The TIC Training & Coaching Manager will coordinate comprehensive training and support services for local Bridge Program staff and partners who provide training and coaching on Trauma Informed Care for child care providers (licensed and exempt) caring for children in foster care.

The Manager will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the Trauma Informed Training and Coaching component of the Emergency Child Care Bridge Program for Foster Children (SB89) Programs in California, as well as establishing and maintaining partnerships with local R&Rs, the California Department of Social Services, and others. They work collaboratively with the CDSS to complete and update TIC training curricula and certification structure, as well as any Title IV-E alignment; supervises the program team; manages the training and technical support budget; develops reports; internally approves curricula and resource development; establishes timelines and implements the scope of work; and provides program Technical Assistance (TA).
